In your role, you will be responsible for the successful onboarding of new customers to our software platform.
Your task ranges from understanding customer requirements, modeling processes and product configuration to connecting external systems and automating processes.
As part of the Customer Success Management (CSM) team, you will work closely with colleagues from product development, sales and marketing department.
