We are dedicated to the success of our provider clients and start the customer journey immediately after booking a plan.
It starts with a structured onboarding process. This ensures a complete set-up and initial setup of the provider tenant in equipme.
First trainings of the future product experts and "XaaS evangelists" at the provider, provide for an independent work with the software.
Now you take over the customer development through Jour-Fixe appointments per customer.
Practical activities for successful portfolio development, business customer acquisition and business/revenue development as well as workshops, trainings and support for sales and special business customer appointments are part of your daily routine. You are successful when the Provier customers you support develop successfully and are happy ;-)
As part of the Customer Success Management (CSM) team you will work closely with colleagues from the product development, sales and marketing teams.
